Authentic Catholic Relic of St. Klemens Maria Hofbauer (1751–1820)

A genuine devotional relic associated with St. Klemens Maria Hofbauer, a highly venerated Redemptorist priest and patron saint of Vienna.

The original label reads:
“Vom Sarge des heiligen Klemens Maria Hofbauer” — meaning “from the tomb of Saint Klemens Maria Hofbauer.”

This indicates a contact relic (ex sepulcro), taken from the saint’s tomb or sarcophagus — a traditional and recognized form of relic in the Catholic Church.

The relic is preserved inside its original folded paper reliquary, containing a small inserted fragment. The piece remains intact and untouched, retaining its historical devotional character.
