Shipping policy
All items are shipped from our warehouse in Spain.
Processing time. Orders are prepared within 2–3 business days. As each piece is unique and often fragile, we pack carefully to protect the item and any accompanying documentation.
Shipping & tracking. All orders are sent fully tracked and insured. A tracking number is provided once your order is dispatched.
Delivery estimates (after dispatch):
- Spain: 2–4 business days
- Rest of Europe: 4–8 business days
- United Kingdom, USA & rest of world: 7–15 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees; transit times may vary with the carrier and destination.
Customs, duties & taxes. Orders shipped outside the European Union (including the United Kingdom) may be subject to import duties or taxes on arrival. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Address accuracy. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.
Loss or damage in transit. As shipments are insured, please contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged, keeping all original packaging and documentation so a claim can be made.
