Antique Aachen Relic Card – 1885 Heiltumsfahrt, Sacred Textile Fragments

A rare antique Catholic relic card connected with the historic Aachen Heiltumsfahrt of 1885.

This beautifully preserved devotional card depicts the Virgin Mary with the Child Jesus and contains four small textile fragments, presented as having been associated with the sacred relics venerated in Aachen.

The original German inscription refers to the silk coverings of the great relics of Aachen, while the four circular sections identify sacred objects associated with Christ and the saints.
